As we grow our institutional partnerships, we are seeking an experienced education leader with strong connections in the school network to support relationship-building across the K-12 ecosystem.
Role Summary
The Education Partnership Advisor will help expand MeraTutor.AI’s presence within schools by utilising their professional network and credibility in the education community.
This position focuses on strategic relationship building and institutional access, not traditional sales outreach.
The individual will support the company by connecting our leadership team with decision makers across schools and academic networks.
Key Areas of Contribution School Leadership Engagement
- Introduce MeraTutor.AI to school principals, academic coordinators, and trustees
- Facilitate meetings with decision makers within school institutions
- Help create a structured pipeline of school leadership conversations
Education Network Access
- Support introductions to Sahodaya groups and principal forums
- Enable participation in regional school leadership communities
- Help identify relevant education conferences and forums where the platform can be presented
Pilot Program Identification
- Recommend schools suitable for early pilot implementation
- Support relationship development during the evaluation stage
- Assist in building trust with school leadership teams
Strategic Insights
- Provide guidance on school decision-making structures
- Share insights on institutional adoption cycles
- Offer feedback on positioning and partnership opportunities in the K-12 segment
Ideal Background
This role is well-suited for individuals with strong credibility within the school ecosystem, such as:
- Former or retired CBSE / ICSE school principal
- Sahodaya cluster coordinator or association leader
- Education consultant working with schools
- Trustee or advisory member in a school group
- Speaker or contributor at education leadership forums
Preferred Experience
The candidate should ideally have:
- An active professional network of school principals
- Ability to facilitate introductions within the first 1–2 months
- Strong reputation within the K-12 academic community
Engagement Outcomes
- 10–15 school leadership introductions per quarter
- Strong conversion from introduction to institutional discussion
- Identification of schools suitable for pilot programs
- Development of relationships with principal associations and clusters
