We need a sharp, relentless SDR to own our top-of-funnel for the US market.

🎯 What you'll own

→ Outbound prospecting via email, , and cold call — targeting TA leaders, CHROs, and HR ops heads at US mid-market and enterprise companies

→ Building high-quality target lists using Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, and intent data

→ Qualifying inbound leads quickly and accurately before AE handoff

→ Writing sharp, personalized sequences — no spray-and-pray

→ Maintaining CRM hygiene with zero excuses

→ Working US business hours (EST/PST overlap) from India — non-negotiable

✅ You're a fit if you have

→ 2–4 years of SDR/BDR experience selling into the US — you know US buying culture, not just the timezone

→ A real track record of hitting or exceeding quota (bring your numbers to the interview)

→ Exceptional written and spoken English — indistinguishable from a native US rep

→ Strong command of Apollo.io, HubSpot or Salesforce, Sales Navigator

→ The ability to hold a credible 5-minute conversation about AI and HR tech

→ A data-driven mindset — you review your own call recordings and email open rates
