Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager / Accounts Lead to manage the company’s accounting operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, payroll, and financial reporting, with mandatory experience in Zoho Accounting Software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Maintain accounts using Zoho Accounting Software
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
- Payroll processing and statutory filings
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and tax consultants
- Prepare financial reports and MIS reports
- Supervise the accounts team
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of accounting experience
- Experience in Construction / Infrastructure / IT Services companies
- Zoho Accounting Software experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Tally (added advantage)
- B.Com / Finance / Accounting background
