Job Title: Senior Associate Product Marketing

Years of Experience: 2 - 5 years

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Overview

As a PMM, you will support go-to-market initiatives across Azentio’s product portfolio. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to articulate product value, build compelling enablement material, and help position Azentio as a trusted technology partner to financial institutions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in B2B product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market & Positioning

  • Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Azentio’s offerings.
  • Support product launches - prepare collateral such as sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning and sales strategy.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement content (presentations, FAQs, feature summaries, objection-handling guides).
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to understand pain points and update enablement material accordingly.
  • Track usage and effectiveness of enablement content to identify improvement areas.

Content & Campaign Support

  • Partner with the central marketing team to create product-focused content - blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and video briefs.
  • Assist in building narratives for webinars, events, and customer-facing campaigns.
  • Maintain product marketing repositories and ensure content consistency across platforms.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor messaging, customer trends, and analyst reports.
  • Summarize insights to support senior PMMs and product teams in refining strategy.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in product marketing in a B2B or SaaS environment (BFSI or enterprise software experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Ability to distil complex product information into simple, compelling narratives.
  • Comfortable using productivity and marketing tools (PowerPoint, Excel, HubSpot, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to the BFSI domain or enterprise software industry.
  • Interest in learning about banking, fintech, regtech, and financial crime compliance.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions.
