• Excellent communication skills required (B2 level & above)

• Handle international customer interactions (voice & non-voice)
• Resolve customer queries professionally and within SLA
• Provide accurate information related to Mastercard services
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

23,500 CTC + ₹1,500 PLI

• ₹35,500 CTC + ₹2,500 PLI*
• ₹42,500 CTC + ₹2,500 PLI*
