We are looking for a hands-on Engineer who can:
- Participate in requirement discussions and finalize scope
- Estimate effort, define timelines, and manage sprint planning
- Mentor developers in Flutter, Python, Database and AWS
- Ensure scalable architecture and high-quality releases
- Manage deployments and cloud infrastructure
Must Have:
- Strong Flutter architecture knowledge
- Python backend (FastAPI/Tornado)
- PostgreSQL/MsSQL optimization
- AWS production experience
- Agile delivery management
