Senior Full-Stack Developer - AI Powered Platform

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at DG Globalist, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and architecture of scalable features. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and architecture of scalable features, encompassing both high-level system architecture and low-level component design
• Building and maintaining responsive, high-performing UIs using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Flutter (cross-platform)
• Taking ownership of end-to-end backend development using Node.js, Express, NestJS, Python, MongoDB, and WebSockets
• Designing and implementing AI workflows such as LangChain, LangGraph, advanced RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector DBs, and fine-tuning LLMs
• Optimizing data pipelines by performing data cleaning, preparation, and transformation for AI models and decision systems
• Working across environments like AWS, GCP, leveraging Docker, Redis, and scalable infrastructure tools
• Writing clean, testable code and mentoring junior engineers in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Collaborating closely with Product and Design teams to convert ideas into production-level experiences

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Degree from IIT or other Tier 1 Engineering Institutes with a strong academic foundation in Computer Science, AI, or related fields
• 5 years of full-stack development experience in scalable platforms or products
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms with a problem-solving mindset
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Flutter (iOS/Android)
• Backend experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, and MongoDB
• Deep understanding of WebSockets, REST APIs, and scalable microservices
• Proven experience in AI/ML projects including LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architecture, vector databases, and fine-tuning LLMs
• Great grasp of AI concepts, including transformer architecture, embeddings, vector similarity, and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in data cleaning, feature engineering, and designing algorithms for complex AI systems
• Experience working across cloud infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Redis, and GCP
• A strong eye for quality, performance, and clean code, with a habit of writing testable, maintainable code

• Experience with multi-tenant architecture or modular SaaS systems
