Senior Officer - Logistics (FMCG)

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers and resolving any delivery-related issues
• Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency
• Implementing and maintaining logistics management systems to track inventory, shipments, and deliveries
• Preparing and analyzing logistics reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Managing and leading a team of logistics coordinators, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination
• Staying updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and implementing changes as necessary
• Maintaining and reviewing documentation related to logistics operations, including contracts, invoices, and customs paperwork
• Ensuring compliance with local and international logistics regulations and requirements

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
