Senior Operations Manager of Clinic Operations

As a Senior Manager Clinic Operations & Partnerships at Jain Healthcare Network (JHN), you will play a crucial role in leading two key functions: patient experience and clinic operations, as well as partnerships with corporate, institutional, and RWA entities. Your strategic position will involve bridging internal teams and external partners to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and uphold partner trust.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the end-to-end patient journey to provide premium, compassionate care with minimal wait times and seamless coordination.
• Supervising front desk operations and service recovery to ensure a calming environment and resolve concerns professionally.
• Implementing SOPs, training staff, and maintaining compliance and audit-readiness at all times.
• Managing vendor relationships, inventory, pharmacy coordination, and preventing stockouts/expiry losses.

Additionally, you will manage corporate partnerships by acting as the primary relationship manager, converting partner agreements into execution plans, ensuring flawless delivery, and identifying growth opportunities based on partner needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations and B2B partnerships/key account management.
• Strong leadership, execution, and communication skills with patients, physicians, and corporate stakeholders.
• Proficiency in clinic management software, Excel/Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Preferably an MBA/MHA or equivalent degree.
