  • Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Director, VP, and CXO-level roles across various functions
  • Building strategic partnerships with business leaders to understand role requirements and organizational priorities
  • Conducting intelligence-led sourcing activities to identify and attract top-tier leadership talent through talent mapping, competitor research, and market intelligence
  • Developing robust talent pipelines using proactive techniques like LinkedIn, headhunting, and referrals
  • Coordinating complex interview processes and stakeholder schedules with the highest level of professionalism

You will also be responsible for:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing data-driven insights on market trends and recruitment strategies
  • Influencing and guiding hiring managers on recruitment best practices and effective decision-making
  • Maintaining high visibility through regular updates, dashboards, and comprehensive reports for senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring a high-touch candidate experience tailored for senior-level professionals
  • Representing Jade Global's brand with clarity, consistency, and professional excellence
  • Collaborating with HR and communications teams to enhance the leadership hiring brand in the competitive IT market

Moreover, you will be expected to:

  • Utilize analytics to improve quality of hire, time-to-hire, and diversity outcomes
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal documentation, compliance standards, and global processes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and introduce best-in-class methodologies

Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • 68 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in Executive Search or Leadership Hiring within the IT Services/Consulting industry
  • Deep understanding of the India talent markets and the High-tech domains
  • Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized headhunting techniques
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for interacting with C-suite executives
  • MBA in HR or a related field is preferred
