As a Technology Recruitment Lead, your role involves leading and delivering end-to-end recruitment for complex and critical technology roles. You are responsible for ensuring position closure within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) with high-quality talent, superior candidate experience, and strong stakeholder partnership. Your strategic recruitment initiatives include diversity hiring, process improvement, and talent pipeline development with deeper quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex technology roles such as Engineering, Digital, Data, Platform, AI/ML, Product, blockchain, etc.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, recruitment portals, referrals, and proactive market mapping to build robust talent pipelines.
  • Deliver position closures within agreed TATs while upholding quality benchmarks.
  • Handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously across various business units and projects.
  • Act as a consultative advisor on talent availability, hiring strategy, and market insights.

In addition, you will lead or contribute to strategic recruitment projects focusing on:

  • Diversity & inclusion hiring
  • Driving process improvements to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Supporting the adoption and optimization of recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn insights, dashboards, assessment platforms).
  • Delivering in target events to position brand and attract talent.
  • Preparing and reporting key recruitment metrics through dashboards and periodic reviews.

Qualifications Required:

  • Postgraduate / Graduate degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in technology recruitment, with exposure to complex and niche tech hiring.
  • Proven hands-on experience in LinkedIn sourcing and advanced search techniques.
  • Experience in managing multiple hiring projects and senior stakeholders.
  • Exposure to diversity hiring, process improvement, or TA transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.

As a data-driven and process-oriented individual, you are expected to ensure adherence to recruitment processes, TATs, and compliance requirements. You will provide data-driven insights to TA leadership and business stakeholders to drive effective recruitment strategies.
