Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company’s social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, managing international client accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and optimize company accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Handle international client social media accounts and ensure timely content delivery.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and paid ads.
• Create engaging content, captions, and creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience insights.
• Track and analyze performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate with designers, SEO, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Respond to audience comments, messages, and queries professionally.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and communication across all platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Understanding of paid social media campaigns and analytics.
• Ability to handle multiple international clients.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of content marketing and branding strategies.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends.
• Experience working with international clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
