Senior Telecaller – Home Loan & Personal Loan (Banking / DSA Experience Preferred)

Location: Noida Extension

Work From Office – 6 Days a Week

Full-Time Role

We are expanding our financial services team and looking for experienced telecalling professionals from Banking / NBFC / DSA background who understand loan products and lead qualification.

⚠️ Location Restriction (Mandatory):

Only candidates residing in Noida, Greater Noida, or Ghaziabad should apply.

This is strictly a work-from-office role in Noida Extension.

Compensation:

INR 22,000 – INR 30,000 per month + incentives

Based on experience, communication quality, and loan product understanding.

Role Expectations:

• Outbound calling for Home Loan & Personal Loan lead generation.
• Strong ability to qualify leads (income, CIBIL, property status, eligibility understanding).
• Follow-up management and pipeline tracking.
• Coordination with sales/processing team for faster closures.
• Target-driven performance with daily reporting discipline.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year experience in loan telecalling / DSA / Banking sales process/investments/insurance.
• Good understanding of Home Loan and Personal Loan eligibility basics.
• Confident, persuasive and professional communication in Hindi (English is an advantage).
• Familiar with CIBIL concepts, income assessment basics, and customer profiling.
• Stable work history preferred.
