• Maintain the performance rating sheet for delivery partners, FAS, and area supervisors based on errors and distribution health.
• Procurement and Vendor Management:**
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable pricing and quality.
• Logistics and Distribution:**
• Oversee transportation and distribution activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and company locations.
• Implement programs to reduce errors in deliveries and maintain proper backup channels.
• Inventory Management:**
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce costs.
• Maintain inventory of allocated areas, including micro warehouses and hubs.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
• Order Management:**
• Forecast and manage orders effectively.
• Ensure best customer experience for new order deliveries.
• Process Improvement:**
• Analyze supply chain processes and implement best practices.
• Enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement new processes for business growth.
• Communication and Collaboration:**
• Coordinate with logistics team, area supervisors, and other departments.

• Visit routes regularly for an overview of processes.

• Qualifications:**
