Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, improve rankings, and maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and develop effective SEO and Google Ads strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, internal linking, and overall on-page elements.
- Perform technical SEO audits to improve website speed, mobile usability, crawlability, and indexing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create SEO-friendly content, including blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
- Build high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Shopping) from setup to ongoing optimization.
- Create and test ad copies, manage bids and budgets, and improve quality scores.
- Set up conversion tracking, implement remarketing strategies, and monitor campaign performance.
- Analyze competitor performance, track KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and provide regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google Ads algorithm changes.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus.

- Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of user intent and search behavior.

- Shift Timing: 06:00 AM to 03:30 PM IST (Aligned with Australian business operations).
- Office Location: Gurugram, Sector 48 (Badshahpur). Work location: Faridabad.
