SEO Lead

This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll own end-to-end SEO outcomes — from planning and execution to reporting and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive overall SEO strategy (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Local & Content SEO)
- Lead and mentor the SEO team, ensuring quality and productivity
- Own performance, growth, and ROI across key client accounts
- Act as the main escalation point for SEO-related matters
- Oversee audits, implementation, reporting, and KPI tracking
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (2+ years in a leadership role)
- Strong expertise in SEO tools, analytics, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication, strategy, and team management skills
