SEO & Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for an SEO & Performance Marketing Executive who can handle end-to-end digital growth strategy and execution for multiple client brands. The ideal candidate should be strong in SEO while also having hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth keyword research and search intent analysis
Develop and execute complete SEO growth strategies
Perform on-page optimization (meta titles, descriptions, schema, internal linking)
Conduct technical SEO audits (site structure, indexing, crawl errors, speed optimization)
Perform competitor and content gap analysis
Plan and execute blog and content strategies aligned with ranking opportunities
Develop backlink and authority-building strategies
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
Plan, set up, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting)
Set up and manage tracking systems (GA4, Pixel, conversion tracking)
Prepare performance reports with data-driven insights and scaling recommendations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,678.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
