ServiceNow Business Analyst – SAM Pro & ServiceNow Technical Lead – HAM Pro | EAM with FSM | ITAM

Required Skills for SAM Pro:
- 5-7 years of Experienced SAM Pro Business Analyst responsible for workshop leadership, governance modelling, licensing workflows, backlog health, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across IT, procurement, and finance.
- Certifications: CSA preferred; CIS-SAM strongly preferred.
Required Skills for HAM Pro:
- 5-7 Years of Experience as a Senior Technical Lead owning architecture, integrations, CMDB alignment, lifecycle data strategy, and scalable workflow design. Mentors developers and enforces engineering standards.
- Certifications: CSA expected; CIS-HAM and CIS-FSM/CSM preferred.
