Set Designer

Diamond Atelier is a New York–headquartered lab-grown diamond company specializing in premium loose diamonds for B2B clients across the USA. As we continue to grow, we are building our own jewelry brand in New York. Our manufacturing factories are located in Surat, and we have supporting creative and operational teams in Mumbai (Andheri West) and Delhi.

We’re looking for a Set Designer who can transform simple spaces into beautiful visual worlds.

Our in-house studio produces daily jewelry shoots, and we need someone who can build creative setups that elevate our visuals. This role is perfect for someone who sees potential in everyday objects and can turn even simple materials into something visually striking.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build creative setups for indoor studio shoots on a regular basis
• Create visual environments that complement jewelry products and brand aesthetics
• Use props, materials, textures, lighting ideas, and creative elements to enhance shots
• Think creatively — sometimes building sets using simple or unconventional materials
• Work closely with the product stylist, photographers, and creative team
• Prepare, arrange, and reset studio sets for different shoots
• Visit and evaluate outdoor locations when required for specific shoots
• Manage props, materials, and set elements for future use

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in set design, production design, prop styling, or art direction
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, textures, colors, and composition
• Ability to create interesting sets using both premium and simple materials
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a hands-on studio environment
• Experience with fashion, product, advertising, or jewelry shoots is a plus

Team & Work Environment

You’ll be working with a small in-house creative team of around 15 people, where ideas move quickly, and creativity is encouraged.

You will also collaborate closely with our product stylist and creative team to bring concepts to life.
