About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Snowflake Developer / Engineer with strong experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will focus on collecting, managing, and optimizing data systems, while contributing to the organization’s data strategy and vision. This role requires the ability to balance big-picture thinking with solving complex data-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions using Snowflake
• Develop and manage ETL pipelines using Python, Snowflake SQL, and Data Build Tool (DBT)
• Work on migration projects from SAP Data Warehouse to Snowflake ensuring performance and reliability
• Design solutions leveraging Snowflake native capabilities
• Handle structured and unstructured data (IoT sensors, Manufacturing PLCs, etc.)
• Lead and support data analytics initiatives and best practices
• Gather and define business requirements, process design, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex data challenges
• Work with reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in data warehousing / data build tools
• Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake implementation
• At least 1+ year experience in Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred)
• Good understanding of Snowflake roles and user security
• Experience with Snowpipe, Streams, and other Snowflake capabilities
• Experience with Data Build Tool (DBT) is preferred

Additional Technical Skills

• Experience in large-scale data intelligence solutions
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines
• Exposure to SAP data environments and migration projects
• Knowledge of SAP ERP functional modules (Sales & Distribution, Material Movement, Inventory, Finance) is an added advantage

People Skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and deadlines
• Capability to handle client interactions independently (Email, Calls, Meetings)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual design skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of data analytics frameworks and best practices
