About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support and scale our B2B marketing initiatives for domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital advertising, account-based marketing (ABM), funnel analysis, and performance-driven campaign execution within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid digital campaigns.
- Manage large marketing budgets efficiently with a strong focus on ROI and CPL/CPA optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, create actionable insights, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Develop ABM strategies for high-value enterprise accounts.
- Create personalized outreach flows, content, and multi-channel engagement plans.
- Align ABM initiatives with sales teams to accelerate deal cycles and improve conversions.
- Marketing Funnel Ownership
- Analyze and optimize the full marketing funnel—from awareness and acquisition to conversion, retention, and expansion.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless lead handover and qualification.
- Identify gaps in the funnel and propose solutions to improve MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion rates.
- B2B Marketing Strategy
- Build and execute targeted B2B marketing plans for domestic and international markets.
- Conduct competitor research, ICP definition, segmentation, and persona-based marketing.
- Drive demand-generation initiatives through multi-channel campaigns.
- Marketing Automation & CRM Management
- Utilize and customize Zoho CRM workflows (preferred) for lead nurturing, scoring, automation, and reporting.
- Build automated email sequences, workflows, and customer journeys that align with ABM and demand-gen efforts.
- AI & MarTech Tools
- Use AI-powered tools for content creation, analytics, personalization, and marketing automation.
- Stay updated with new AI marketing trends and implement tools to improve team productivity and performance.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign KPIs, marketing attribution, revenue impact, and funnel analytics.
- Present weekly/monthly reports to management with insights and recommendations.
- Apply a data-driven approach for all decisions, backed by metrics and analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing or performance marketing (preferably SaaS).
- Proven experience managing Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads–campaign structure, optimization, and A/B testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM).
- Expertise in analyzing the full marketing funnel and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools (content, automation, personalization, analytics).
- Ability to manage both domestic and international B2B markets.
- Experience handling large budget marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred / Good-to-Have
- Experience with Zoho CRM and automation workflows.
- Prior experience marketing SaaS solutions or EdTech/Assessment platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and marketing ops will be an added advantage.
