Social Media Content Writer

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Content Writer who has previously worked in the finance, investment, or business content space. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Indian audience psychology, storytelling, and content structures that maximize engagement and retention on YouTube.

The primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, research-driven, and engaging video scripts that simplify complex topics and keep viewers hooked till the end.

⚠️ Only candidates with relevant niche experience (Finance/Business/Investment) should apply. Freshers are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and well-structured YouTube scripts in Hindi/Hinglish.
• Conduct deep research on finance, investment, and business topics
• Create strong hooks, storytelling flow, and engaging narratives
• Simplify complex financial concepts for a mass audience
• Optimize scripts for watch time, retention, and audience engagement
• Develop content ideas aligned with current trends and audience interest
• Work closely with the team to refine scripts based on feedback
• Ensure factual accuracy and originality of content

Requirements

• Prior experience writing content in finance, investment, or business niche (mandatory)
• Experience working with YouTube channels (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Indian audience psychology and content consumption behavior
• Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills
• Ability to make content simple, engaging, and relatable
• Strong research and fact-checking skills
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing case studies or educational content
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and content strategy
• Ability to write in Hindi (Devanagari) + Hinglish (Roman)
• Knowledge of viewer retention techniques and viral content structure
