Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Executive – Client Servicing to manage client communication and support the execution of social media campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with clients to understand their social media requirements
• Planning and scheduling social media content
• Working with design and content teams for campaign execution
• Managing social media platforms and monitoring performance
• Assisting in running ad campaigns and optimizing results
• Preparing reports and sharing updates with clients

Strong communication skills and a basic understanding of digital marketing are required.

Required Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or client servicing
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Strong communication and client handling skills
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and campaign performance
