Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging, high-quality content — including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, or other platforms).
• Monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and analyze performance reports.
• Grow brand awareness, reach, and engagement organically and through paid efforts.
• Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams for content planning and campaigns.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Stay up to date with industry changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance tracking tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or community building.
