Community & Culture

• Track trends, memes, and youth conversations.
• Help with audience engagement and community interaction.
• Suggest culturally relevant ideas that align with the brand.

Collaboration Support

• Assist in creator collaborations and campaign execution.
• Help coordinate shoots or digital collaborations.
• Support launch storytelling and social campaigns.

Operations & Planning

• Help maintain content calendars.
• Organize content assets and references.
• Ensure smooth coordination between teams.

Who You Are (Ideal Candidate)

• Student or recent graduate (Media, Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field preferred).
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Reels, and youth culture.
• Strong creative instincts and good visual taste.
• Basic writing skills — ability to write short, engaging captions.
• Familiar with tools like Canva or editing apps.
• Extremely internet-aware — understands what works online.
• Self-driven, proactive, and excited to experiment.
