Jithvar Consultancy Services is looking for a highly creative and result-driven marketer who can take ownership of our social media marketing and help us grow multiple brands through powerful advertising campaigns.

This is not just a social media posting job. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, design compelling ad creatives, and execute marketing campaigns that drive real business results.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms
• Design creative ad banners, reels, and short video ads
• Develop marketing ideas and campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility
• Manage ad budgets and optimize campaigns for better performance
• Test new ad creatives and strategies regularly
• Work closely with the founder to scale marketing for multiple brands

🧠 Skills Required

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Strong creative thinking and marketing mindset
• Ability to design ad creatives using Canva / Photoshop / similar tools
• Basic video editing skills for reels and ads
• Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and ad optimization
• Passion for growth marketing and experimentation

⭐ Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Google Ads or YouTube Ads
• Copywriting for ads and landing pages
• Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation

👤 Ideal Candidate

• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
• Highly creative and proactive
• Loves experimenting with new marketing ideas
• Focused on results, not just posting content
