Overview

This is a full-time and work-from-office role for a Solution Architect in web application development. The Solution Architect will be responsible for solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process tasks to create far-reaching solutions for clients.

• 10+ years of experience in developing web apps
• Proven track record in creating business value for Organizations through technology solutions and Platform Implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and architectural styles (eg, microservices, event-driven architecture) and hands-on experience in the implementation of Architecture patterns and styles.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (eg, Java, Python, C#) and familiarity with modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps, SAFE).
• Strong expertise in understanding business domains and tailoring technology solutions for business problems.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with cloud-native architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Self-driven professional with the ability to work independently with Clients and deliver on Artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes, objectives, and challenges.
• Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions that address business needs, leveraging appropriate technologies, architectures, and methodologies. Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the solution development lifecycle. Mentor team members on architecture best practices and design principles.
• Architecture Development: Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications. Ensure consistency and coherence across the solution architecture.
• Application Development: Contribute towards Application development, Code reviews, and define and develop Architecture runway for new initiatives.
• Prototyping and Proof of Concept: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design concepts and demonstrate feasibility. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, operations, and security teams within the organization and customer organization to ensure seamless integration of components and alignment with objectives.
• Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance optimization and scalability improvements within existing solutions. Implement optimizations to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through self-study, training, and participation in professional communities.
• Contribute to New Business Opportunities: Provide solutions to RFPs received from clients and ensure overall design assurance. Contribute towards estimation for Tech Solution designed.
