Specialist - SCM / Warehouse

As a Logistics Coordinator, your role will mainly focus on logistics coordination to ensure daily dispatches and manage the warehouse team effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring timely shipment of goods, tracking shipments, generating sales invoices, verifying order details including pricing, taxes, and material follow-up with vendors. Additionally, you will be required to track purchase orders and manage supply chain management MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure smooth daily dispatches
• Manage the warehouse team effectively
• Ensure timely shipment of goods
• Track shipments and monitor delivery timelines
• Generate accurate sales invoices
• Verify order details including pricing, taxes, and material follow-up with vendors
• Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in sales invoicing, logistics coordination, and dispatches in a large manufacturing, trading, or e-commerce unit
• Strong IT skills and effective communication skills are a must
