We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making across digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can analyze marketing performance, manage measurement and reporting, and translate complex data into clear insights.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position requiring availability during US time zone hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital marketing and advertising performance across channels to support data-driven decision-making
  • Build, maintain, and optimize marketing dashboards using Looker Studio, ensuring accuracy and clarity of key metrics
  • Manage and support tracking implementations using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, including event and conversion setup
  • Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies across analytics and advertising platforms
  • Review campaign and website performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports and presentations for marketing and paid media teams
  • Partner closely with paid media and marketing teams to define reporting requirements and relevant KPIs
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across dashboards and reports
  • Maintain documentation for analytics setups, dashboards, and reporting processes
  • Continuously improve analytics workflows to support scalable and efficient reporting

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Looker Studio (mandatory)
  • Experience analyzing digital marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working remotely in US time zones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
