Sr. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating campaign creatives for both digital and offline platforms, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
2. The role includes designing social media posts, digital advertisements, performance creatives, and promotional visuals aligned with campaign objectives.
3. The candidate will also develop store-level creatives, including exhibition branding, standees, panels, and in-store communication material.
4. Designing creatives for wedding campaigns, festive collections, store openings, and special retail activations will be a core responsibility.
5. The role requires maintaining brand consistency in color palettes, typography, layout structures, and luxury presentation standards across all designs.
6. Coordination with the content writer, social media strategist, and video editor will be essential to ensure visual alignment with messaging and campaign execution.
7. Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve efficiency and optimize creative and marketing output.

2. Ability to design both performance-driven and aspirational creatives.
3. Understanding of retail and campaign-driven design.
4. Attention to detail and finishing quality.
5. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced campaign environment.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Software & Technical Skills Required

1. Adobe Photoshop (Advanced)
2. Adobe Illustrator (Advanced)
3. Adobe InDesign.
4. CorelDRAW (preferred).
5. Basic knowledge of After Effects (added advantage)
6. Canva (for quick marketing creatives—optional)

The ideal candidate should have 3-4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the jewelry, fashion, luxury, or retail industries. A strong portfolio showcasing campaign creatives, branding work, and social media designs is mandatory.
