Sr. Manager – Customer Support (PV Modules)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to handle customer queries, technical issues, and service requests related to solar PV modules. The candidate will work closely with sales, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints related to PV modules.
- Provide technical support to customers, EPCs, and distributors.
- Coordinate with quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product failures or field issues.
- Support warranty claim evaluation and documentation.
- Maintain records of customer complaints and service reports.
- Provide product training and technical guidance to customers.
- Support sales team with technical clarifications during project discussions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of solar PV modules and systems
- Understanding of IEC standards and module performance
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting ability
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Renewable Energy
Experience
- 5+ years experience in solar industry or technical customer support.
