Staff nurse (BSc & GNM) Fresher (India)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions regularly.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Provide wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and with compassion.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
• Operate medical equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and their families.
• Educate patients about their conditions, medications, and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with doctors, senior nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Report changes in patient conditions to appropriate medical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
• Handle admission and discharge processes.
• Ensure stock levels of medicines and medical supplies are adequate.
• Participate in audits, training, and quality assurance programs.
• Provide immediate nursing care in emergency situations.
• Be part of code teams for CPR, trauma, or other critical events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
