Staff Nurse (Goregaon)

• Key Responsibilities**:
• Preoperative Duties**:
• Prepare the operating room and ensure the sterility of surgical supplies.
• Verify patient identity and surgical site.
• Assist in patient positioning and perform preoperative assessments.
• Intraoperative Duties**:
• Assist the surgical team and monitor the patient's condition.
• Maintain a sterile field and document procedures.
• Postoperative Duties**:
• Aid in patient recovery and monitor in the recovery room.
• Provide postoperative care and update patient records.
• General Duties**:
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Participate in training and assist in the sterilization of instruments.
