As an Inventory Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, verifying, and recording incoming raw materials
- Maintaining an organized inventory system with clear labeling and storage locations
- Tracking material consumption and preparing material reconciliation statements monthly
- Coordinating with the Factory Manager on material requirements and usage rates
- Monitoring material stock levels and alerting the Production Manager when stock is low
- Preventing material loss, damage, and theft through proper storage and handling
- Preparing material requisition forms based on production schedules
- Conducting periodic inventory counts and reconciling with records
- Documenting material wastage and disposal
- Preparing monthly material reports for compliance and billing
- Maintaining accurate inventory software records
- Supporting material estimation for new projects with the help of the Factory Manager
- Organizing finished goods storage before transport/installation
Key Skills required for this role:
- Proficiency in inventory management and record-keeping
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Physical ability to handle material movement
- Communication skills for coordination with the production team
- Basic understanding of material types and quality
Qualifications:
- High School diploma with 2-3 years of warehouse/inventory experience OR Diploma in Supply Chain Management
