Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards
- Manage inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry or BHM or IHM
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or management is a plus
