Support Lead – Calling Process

We are looking for a Support Lead – Calling Process who has experience in software sales and basic IT knowledge. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling software or IT-related services and should be comfortable communicating with clients over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients.
- Promote and sell company software/services to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Guide customers regarding product features and benefits.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Support the team in achieving sales and service targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team when required.
Requirements:
- Candidates with previous experience in software sales or IT-related products will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IT/software is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales process.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
