Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to support recruitment operations and help us attract top engineering and aerospace talent.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in HR, recruitment, employer branding, and talent sourcing in the deep-tech and aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and job boards
  • Screen resumes for engineering, aerospace, and technical roles
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Draft and post job descriptions and recruitment campaigns
  • Support campus hiring drives and recruitment events
  • Build talent pipelines for engineering and technical roles
  • Promote employer branding through LinkedIn and social media
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech + MBA (HR / Human Resources / HRM / Business Administration) is mandatory.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Talent acquisition/recruitment/HR
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, ATS, and job boards
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment
