Role Overview
We’re looking for a TA cum HR Admin to support our Talent Acquisition team in delivering a world-class candidate experience and ensuring seamless coordination across hiring activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about recruiting operations and HR processes in a fast-paced, tech environment.
What You'll Do:
- Support scheduling and coordination of interviews across time zones and formats (remote, onsite, and hybrid).
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure timely communication.
- Assist in managing candidate communication, interview invites, calendar management, and rescheduling logistics.
- Monitor the TA inbox and respond to interview coordination or scheduling queries.
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards related to hiring metrics and recruitment operations.
- Support documentation of recruiting processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information.
What We're Looking For:
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or operations — prior internship or academic project experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Suite or Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree ongoing or recently completed in any discipline (preferably HR, Business, or related field).
