Backed by leading investors, we operate a 6,000 Tonnes/annum GMP+, ISO 22000 & HACCP-certified facility near Bengaluru and are pioneering breakthrough innovations in animal nutrition, diagnostics, and biopharma .

Role Overview

The role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition , managing the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions across the organization, while also supporting essential HR operational and employee lifecycle activities .

The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment experience and preferably have exposure to hiring within the biotechnology, biomanufacturing, or life sciences industry .

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines .
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks .
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports .
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring requirements.

HR Operations

  • Support employee onboarding and induction processes .
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files .
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements .
  • Coordinate attendance tracking, leave management, and employee data updates .
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs .
  • Assist with exit formalities and employee lifecycle documentation .

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations .
  • Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms .
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously .
  • Prior experience in Biotechnology, Biomanufacturing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
