Role Overview
The role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition , managing the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions across the organization, while also supporting essential HR operational and employee lifecycle activities .
The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment experience and preferably have exposure to hiring within the biotechnology, biomanufacturing, or life sciences industry .
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines .
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks .
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports .
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring requirements.
HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes .
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files .
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements .
- Coordinate attendance tracking, leave management, and employee data updates .
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs .
- Assist with exit formalities and employee lifecycle documentation .
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations .
- Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms .
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously .
- Prior experience in Biotechnology, Biomanufacturing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
