Your Role
Think of this as your stepping stone into the world of recruitment. As a Recruiter Trainee, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) behind discovering future talent. From writing job posts to speaking with candidates – you’ll get a front-row seat to how hiring magic happens.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in writing job descriptions and posting them on job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
- Conduct intro calls and help coordinate interviews
- Keep candidate data organized and updated
- Help create a smooth, professional, and friendly hiring experience
What You Bring
- A BBA or MBA degree (recent grads welcome!)
- Clear and confident communication skills
- A knack for people, patience, and professionalism
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and make your mark
