Talent Acquisition Role - Retail Business - Broking Firm

As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in lateral Retail hiring within the BFSI sector to effectively fulfill specialized talent requirements
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition - including sourcing, headhunting, interviewing and offer negotiation
  • Take ownership of TA policies, budgets, frameworks and governance
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver suitable talent solutions
  • Review and restructure job descriptions to align with evolving departmental and organizational needs
  • Advise hiring managers by evaluating candidates against job requirements and providing data backed recommendations
  • Utilize a variety of candidate assessment techniques including psychometric, aptitude, and intelligence tests
  • Collaborate with line managers to define selection criteria and role expectations
  • Source candidates through different job portal platforms, networking channels and databases
  • Manage the entire interview lifecycle including screening calls, assessments and in-person/virtual interviews
  • Evaluate candidate profiles through CV reviews, portfolios, reference checks, and background validation
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events to build a strong talent pipeline

Qualifications required for this role include:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a talent acquisition professional
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management
  • Working knowledge of Excel for tracking, MIS, and dashboard reports
  • Familiarity with market mapping, CV database, and job portals networks
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
