- Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS)

- Location: Ludhiana (Unit 1 / 3 / 4)
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Understanding client hiring requirements in BFSI, Corporate, and IT domains.
- Managing portals, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting for niche skills.
- Coordinating with internal teams and hiring managers for smooth closure of mandates.
- Maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring timely delivery against SLAs.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of BFSI, IT & Corporate hiring processes.
- Proficiency in recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Target-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
