Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities

To do End-to-End Recruitment

Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates.

Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.

Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.

Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.

Sourcing of CVs through our Database, employee referral, job portals, consultants, walk-

ins, OTPL website and headhunting.

Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective social media.

Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.

Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with Technical leads.

Meeting the deadlines to close the vacancies.

Selects of manpower placement agencies to assist with recruitment process.

Salary negotiation & managing all joining formalities.

Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports to his/her Reporting

Manager/Management.

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.

Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skill requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.

Office automation tools (MS Office, Excel etc.).

Preferably having knowledge of prevailing norms, processes and scenario of Lucknows
