About the Role
We are looking for a Team Lead – Creatives Department to lead our in-house media team. The role involves overseeing video production, photography, and creative storytelling, while guiding the team to produce high-quality visual content aligned with the university’s branding and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the creative team, including videographers, photographers, and editors.
- Plan and oversee video shoots, photography sessions, and media production projects.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the university’s brand and communication strategy.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand content requirements for events, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Review and finalize video edits, photography, and multimedia content.
- Manage production schedules, equipment, and project timelines.
- Maintain an organized media archive and digital assets library.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in media production, creative content creation, or video production.
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio.
- Prior experience in leading a creative team or managing production projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of creative direction, visual storytelling, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film Making, Visual Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred.
