COMPENSATION: Fixed Base Fee of €350.00 EUR per month (approx. ₹31,850 INR) + High-Performance Profit Bonuses up to €150.00 EUR per month.
OVERVIEW
Ganga Commerce G (GCG) is an international e-commerce agency based in the Netherlands. We are on a mission to build, launch, and scale 8 high-potential webshops from scratch this year. We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Team Lead based in Ahmedabad to lead our operations and help us build this empire.
THE ROLE (Independent Contractor)
You will be the right hand of the Founder in the Netherlands. You are a Builder and Leader, responsible for:
- Store Creation: Building and launching 8 Shopify stores from scratch (theme setup, app integration, and conversion optimization).
- Team Leadership: Managing a total team of 5 (including yourself and 4 specialists).
- Portfolio Growth: Executing product research and organic growth strategies for 8 new niches.
- Performance: Hitting Net Profit targets of €10,000+ per month across the portfolio.
- Reporting: Delivering high-level KPI reports every Monday.
MONTHLY PROFIT BONUS (NET PROFIT TIERS)
On top of your base fee, you earn bonuses based on monthly net profit:
€2,500 – €4,999: €30.00 Bonus
€5,000 – €9,999: €60.00 Bonus
€10,000 – €14,999: €100.00 Bonus
€15,000 – €19,999: €150.00 Bonus
> €40,000 (Max): €250.00 Bonus
ANNUAL & LOYALTY BONUSES
Annual KPI Bonus: €1,000.00 EUR (Unlocked after 3 months of >€10k profit).
Consistency Kicker: An additional €1,000.00 EUR loyalty bonus for sustained performance (7+ months of profit).
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 2+ years in Shopify Building, Dropshipping, or Multi-store management.
- Location: Based in or near Ahmedabad.
- Equipment: High-end laptop + Verified high-speed internet backup.
- Language: Fluent English (Written/Verbal).
SELECTION PROCESS
- Review of CV & Portfolio.
- Signing of a Non-Disclosure & IP Agreement (NDA).
- A Strategic Speed Test (Max. 2-3 hours).
- Final Interview with Founder.
