As a Team Lead SCM, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations with a strong focus on sales coordination, vendor management, BME coordination, and client handling. Your role will involve managing both online and offline sales channels and acting as a key liaison between the sales team, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Vendor Management:
  • Plan and execute procurement of medical consumables, equipment, and non-medical supplies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors; negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare quality and statutory requirements.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO practices, especially for medical consumables.
  • Coordinate with warehouses and field teams for timely dispatch to patients.
  • Supply Chain Operations:
  • Oversee order processing, inward/outward movement of materials, and logistics coordination.
  • Support smooth supply for homecare programs (chronic care, PDCC, ICU at Home, etc.).
  • Address operational escalations related to material availability or delays.
  • Cost Control & Reporting:
  • Track procurement costs, inventory aging, and consumption patterns.
  • Prepare MIS reports on procurement, inventory, vendor performance, and savings.
  • Support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Coordination & Compliance:
  • Liaise with clinical teams, operations, finance, and vendors for seamless coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in process improvements and digitisation initiatives within SCM.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related roles.
