Technical Data Annotator (Trainee)

Dear Candidate,
We are seeking detail-oriented Technical Data Annotator Trainees to support our Bill of Material (BOM) data annotation project under the Innovation/AI Cell. The role involves working with engineering drawings and industrial components to develop high-quality datasets for AI and Computer Vision applications.
Qualification: Diploma / I.T.I (Mechanical / Electrical / Drafting preferred)
Position: Technical Data Annotator – Trainee
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate annotation of engineering drawings for BOM data preparation
- Identify and label mechanical and industrial components such as pipes, valves, flanges, nozzles, and fittings
- Interpret 2D engineering drawings including plan views, elevations, and sectional drawings
- Assign correct attributes, metadata, and classifications based on engineering standards
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support structured BOM data preparation and documentation activities
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of industrial components (mechanical/electrical/structural)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
