Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving the development of scalable AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver product features.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and product documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to enhance product features.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage Agile development processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product scalability, performance, and security.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or Product Development.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with AI, SaaS products, APIs, or cloud-based platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work closely with developers, architects, and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML-based products or chatbot platforms.
• Knowledge of product analytics tools and user behavior tracking.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and product optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
