Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various domains such as IT, Engineering, and Digital roles. You should have a strong understanding of technical skillsets and hiring trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screenings
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain candidate database and ATS tracking
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding process
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT staffing or consulting firms
• Familiarity with ATS tools
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
• Exposure to contract and permanent hiring
