Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

Manage end?to?end creation and maintenance of documentation for complex enterprise software solutions
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and subject?matter experts to produce accurate, user?oriented content
Develop and maintain structured documentation such as user manuals, developer/API references, and in?product help
Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible explanations for users, developers, and support teams
Coordinate documentation updates with Agile development cycles and release schedule
Leverage AI tools to enhance consistency, quality, and efficiency across documentation processes
1+ years years of experience as a technical writer in an enterprise software or IT environment
API Documentation Experience
Experience with Madcap Flare, Git, JIRA and Confluence
Experience creating videos for technical documentation. Experience with Mimic or Camtasia is an advantage
Familiarity with AI concepts and AI-assisted writing tools
